Referrals & Education

Send the case. Keep the patient.

Complex implant and full-arch referrals are welcomed with coordinated communication at every stage — and your patient returned to your care for ongoing dentistry.

The Referral Promise

Your patient. Your restorative relationship. Guaranteed.

Referring a patient should never mean losing one. Surgical care is delivered here; hygiene, routine dentistry, and — whenever you prefer — the restorative phase remain yours.

You receive imaging, the digital plan, surgical notes, and follow-up reports without asking. Your patient hears your name, positively, at every visit.

Digital planning also means true restorative collaboration: implant positions engineered around your intended prosthetics, reviewed together before surgery when you wish.

Scope of Referral

The cases to send.

Full-arch & terminal dentition

All-on-4/All-on-6 candidates, failing full mouths, immediate-load conversions.

Surgical site development

Bone grafting, sinus augmentation, ridge reconstruction, soft-tissue architecture.

Esthetic-zone implants

Immediate anterior placement, papilla preservation, provisionalization strategy.

Revisions & complications

Failed implants, failed grafts, peri-implantitis management, re-treatment planning.

Medically or dentally anxious patients

IV moderate sedation (from September 2026) for patients who cannot tolerate care awake.

Guided surgery for your restorations

Surgical phase only — placed to your prosthetic plan, returned for your restoration.

Education

Lectures, study clubs & clinical training.

Dr. Bhargava speaks on digitally planned full-arch surgery, immediate loading protocols, and clinical photography — the complete documentation workflow behind every case on this site.

Study clubs, dental society meetings, and podcast inquiries are welcome. Structured clinical training programs for referring dentists are in development.

How to Refer

Three ways, no friction.

Call or text the practice — for urgent surgical needs, same-week consultation is prioritized.

Send records by secure email — CBCT, scans, and photos reviewed personally, with a written surgical opinion returned to you.

Have your patient book directly — mention your practice name and every report flows back to you automatically.
